In addition to our church services, Sunday School and public Reading Room, we share the blessings of Christian Science with our community in several ways:

Public talks – Every year we host a free one-hour public lecture in support of our community and beyond. This year our in-person lecture was Sunday, May 31, at the Burien Library entitled, “Healing with Joy: Discovering the power of Love”, given by Ann Kneeland, C.S. It was terrific!

Community activities – In past years we have participated in the Wellness Fair sponsored by the city of Burien. We met some nice folks who visited our table and gave away a few 3-month subscriptions to the Christian Science Monitor.

Audio programs – Each week, Sentinel Watch features conversations with people whose lives have been changed by the power of God.
